COVID-19 FAQs

Arrival/General Info

Where do I park?

We have several options available for parking. There will be some spots available on Putnam and Fourth Streets. We also use the Huntington Bank parking lot on Fourth Street, or there are parking lots located behind the church building.

Which doors do I enter?

Please enter at the corner of Fourth Street and Putnam Street (on the Fourth Street side). There will be a volunteer greeting you at the doors and guiding the entry process.

What time will the doors open?

The doors will open at 9:30 a.m. for a 10:00 a.m. worship service.

What time does worship begin?

Worship begins at 10:00 a.m. on Sundays.

Is there a registration process?

At this time, there is no registration process. We will seat attendees on a first come, first served basis.

Am I guaranteed a spot for worship? What happens if the sanctuary seating is full?

We will seat attendees on a first come, first served basis. Due to the social distancing and CDC guidelines for places of worship, we will have a limited capacity in the sanctuary. We will seat as many attendees as possible in the sanctuary, and will seat overflow in the dining room. The dining room will be equipped to show the live stream.

I have a large party. Will we be able to sit together?

Due to social distancing guidelines, we have made accommodations for large parties. Large parties (of 5 or more) will be seated in the sanctuary balconies, or will be seated in overflow in the dining room.

Do you have wheelchair access?

Yes! Our sanctuary is accessible via elevator, and we have reserved spots for wheelchair access. In the event that the sanctuary is full, our dining room overflow is also accessible. We have an accessible restroom off of the foyer (please ask a volunteer for access).

Masks

What if I am unable to wear a mask/face covering due to a medical condition?

At this time, masks are required for all attendees ages 3 and up. If you are unable to wear a mask, we ask that you remain at home and participate in worship via the live stream. If you have concerns, please contact Pastor Chad and he will be happy to discuss the options we have available.

Does my child need to wear a mask?

Masks will be required for children ages 3 and up.

Children/Nursery

What will my children do during worship?

At this time, children will sit with their parents during worship. We are currently unable to pass out anything, so feel free to bring along a coloring book or something to entertain your child if they are unable to participate in the regular worship service.

Where is the temporary nursery located?

We have provided a changing station at the back of the sanctuary. If this is occupied, there is another changing station available off of the foyer downstairs (please ask a volunteer for access).

Live Stream

How can I access the live stream on Facebook?

Simply navigate to our Facebook page or specifically our live videos page at around 10:00am on Sunday. Once the live stream begins, it should be the first thing you see on that page. If you do not see the stream start right at 10:00am, you may need to refresh the page by pressing the F5 key on your keyboard. If you still encounter problems, please contact our tech support and we will get back to you via email.

I see the video playing on Facebook but do not hear any sound. How can I fix this?

Once a live video begins, Facebook still defaults to having the sound off. You should be able to turn the sound on by locating and clicking on the fullscreen and/or unmute buttons, as shown in this screenshot:
